A little disappointed with the disarray compared to our stay in April but would still recommend the place for larger fam Positive: This was our second timing staying there. We enjoy the area and the scenery around it. The house is a great size for larger gatherings and the layout is great for a family. The country rustic appeal of the house is great for the area. I absolutely love the kitchen layout and the flooring used. The hot tub was clean this time and temp was perfect. The game room has a great selection of entertainment. Negative: Back in April when we stayed the first time I commented that wall tiles outside had fallen off the fascia, those were still on the ground in the same place. The grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed in a couple of weeks as it was over ankle tall. The fire pit bottom is rusted out so most of the ashes and such fell through onto the ground. The memory foam beds are very hard especially the one in the master bedroom. The hot tub top is hard to maneuver. The back porch where the hot tub is doesn’t have a light that will stay on while in the hot tub as the motion sensor light just kept turning off. There were dirt splatters on the wall on the game room and spider webs on the bunk beds.

It was wonderful and I would love to stay there again! Negative: Everything was wonderful except the tv in my mother's room did not work. I called to report it and maintenance was suppose to come but never did. Because she uses the tv as background noise to sleep, she slept on the couch. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

I would def go back! Positive: Very convenient location. Not too far from things, but far enough for peace and quiet. Great pet friendly place. I would come back Negative: Some beds are too hard.

Great location, spacious rooms and fenced in backyard, would rent again. Positive: Great location, fenced in backyard, a wood burner firepit in the front and gas one in the back. The large rooms were very nice. The location makes it really close to everything. would rent it again. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard.
