It felt like home! The view of the trees in the back was a nice touch. Positive: It was a great location! The house was clean and comfortable. Loved the screen porch! Staff was very helpful! Negative: N\A

This is our second time staying in this home. It is simply close to perfect for our small family and our little four-legged baby. The main bedroom has a bed that is lower to the ground, which is easier to get in and out of. It is HUGE. The other bedroom was great and had a bed higher. The AC helped keep temperatures down to perfection. The area is so quiet and there is great opportunity to walk the river or even float in it. It’s so close to the main attractions in Pigeon Forge and just a short drive to Gatlinburg. The kitchen is equipped with all the pots and pans and silverware. The bedrooms come with sheets and there is provided soap and laundry detergent. They think of everything. I found the home to be clean and under the home you can swing and stay out of the rain. Plenty of parking. Evergreen did a great job in not only responding to messages during the booking process, checking up on us during our stay (without being overbearing) and then walked us through our easy exit. We cannot wait to get back!

Great spot to stay when visiting Pigeon Forge! Positive: Great location from the parkway- had everything we could’ve wanted

A is a great pet friendly place to stay. Positive: Very close to the Parkway without being in all the hustle. The swings in the parking area were great but needed sprayed off. The walking trail was nice also. Negative: The bed off the kitchen was a little low and the bathroom shower in the room wasn’t cleaned good. There was red ring from either a shampoo bottle or soap on the top right side shelf from whoever stayed before us and a hair on that same bath sink.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Positive: Very clean Well stocked with everything we needed Negative: Nothing. It was great
